Keep Things Cosy this November

There’s been a noticeable drop in temperature over the past week as the lead up to Christmas finally begins.

November is definitely one of the colder months of the year, but with these top tips you’ll be able to keep your home cosy and warm without having to break the bank.

Hardwoods are terrible at keeping your feet warm, which is why you should always dress a hardwood floor with a chunky rug once the colder weather arrives.

Throws and blankets are a must-have for the living room, helping you stay warm on the sofa without turning up the heating (and the bills!).

We recommend stocking up on as many cushions as possible and building your own private cushion fort on those cold November nights.

Last, but definitely not least, we suggest using some of your cushion overstock to create an impromptu but wholly appropriate foot rest.

Also, don’t forget to throw on an extra layer or two if you’re feeling cold at home this November, as this will keep you feeling cosy and keep the heating costs down.
