Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Taking Payments over the phone and in person.
  • Assigning commissions for payments.
  • Dealing with customers face to face.
  • Locating accounts and booking in orders for delivery.
  • Processing payments on small furnishing items in stock
  • Daily Card & Cash Lodgement.
  • Following up on issues rolling over from the previous day.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 year’s customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented with good time management skills
  • Personable and enthusiastic with a positive outlook
  • Must have Microsoft Office experience.
  • In this role, you will be expected to work every Saturday and Sunday.
  • Full training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €10.22 /hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Receptionist: 2 years (Required)

Location:

Newbridge, County Kildare (Preferred)
