We offer a free Click and Collect service for home accessories and furniture items*
Using Click and Collect
Simply select this option at the checkout if you wish to avail of the service. The estimated waiting times for collection from any store is 3-10 working days for in-stock items.
Before You Collect Your Order
A member of our Customer Support Service will contact you to notify you when your item is ready for collection. Please await collection confirmation via email or phone before travelling to the store.
Remember to bring your sales order or a collection docket with you as proof of purchase.
Check that the item you are collecting will fit in your vehicle. You will find product dimensions for all products on each product page on the website. Not sure if it will fit? We have a handy Furniture Fit Guide which you can find here.
Please note: We don’t assemble items that are selected for Click and Collect.
