Let’s talk about Scandi style. It’s a design trend that’s going nowhere, but rather increasing in popularity as the years go by.
Originating in the Nordic countries, Scandi style is an aesthetic that focuses on minimalism and functionality while still maintaining elements of beauty.
It first rose to fame in the 1950s and has gone from strength to strength since then.
Now, let’s take a look at how you can implement Scandi style in your own home.
Opt for natural, blonde-wood elements where you can create some warmth and texture within your minimalist space.

Make use of the natural light in your home. Scandi styled interiors use lots of natural light in their designs when they can get it, it’s not as available in Nordic countries as it is here!
