Netflix literally just announced that season 5 of Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin’s hit ‘Grace and Frankie‘ (2015-present) was uploaded to the site today and it got us thinking. It’s no secret that half the office loves the dramedy, but it’s not only well written and acted – it has some really inviting, beautiful and admittedly expensive interiors across each the different sets. The iconic shared beach house, the homes the titular characters initially share with their husbands (it’s not a spoiler, really) and the new home the ex-husbands then purchase are some of the more striking sets shown and we’d like to have a little look through some images here, showcasing the style and decor used throughout.
Frankie’s Studio
Hidden away (from Grace’s rolling eyes), Frankie’s art studio is a picture of bohemian/beach perfection.

Beach House Reading Nook
A step up from the main living room, this little reading area has beautiful leather armchairs, soft blue walls, cream windows and a striking chest with a stork lamp sitting atop it. This is the kind of space you’d want to dream the day away in.

Beach House Terrace
Coastal chic encompasses the feel of the terrace and living room (see below), with a cool, calming colour palette, plump furnishings, intricate wicker and crochet details, as well as stunning solid wood flooring.

Robert & Sol’s New Kitchen
The open layout of this kitchen paired with the beautiful tone of the presses and rich timber countertops creates a space that feels warm, open and luxurious – but still very much lived in.

Grace & Robert’s Dining Room
Notably colder in terms of aesthetic – much like Grace and Robert’s frosty relationship at the beginning of season 1 – the couple’s house might be a touch more severe than the other homes depicted within the series, but it’s still striking and beautifully designed.
