The Biggest Home Art Trends of 2018 Part 2

Following on from yesterday’s blog about the biggest home art trends of the year, we now have for you the second and final entry.

As we mentioned in the previous blog, the home art experts at King and McGaw recently divulged their predicted interior art trends for 2018 and we love each and every one of them.

Indeed we’re particularly excited for the escapism trend King and McGaw believes will make its way into many homes this year and the contrasting rainbow palette, exotic destination artworks and colourful abstract art homeowners will use to achieve this trend.

Fans of simpler interiors and calmer art will probably feel more enthusiastic about the Wabi Sabi trend, a style inspired by Japanese philosophy that makes use of natural materials like wood, paper and metal plus asymmetrical florals and black and white photography.

Our final pick from King and McGaw’s home art trends of 2018 is Kinship, which is based around warm earthy tones and rustic interiors and features muted natural colours and folk art to create a cosy and inviting feeling throughout the home.
